Our furnace stopped working. They were able to come the same day we called them. Were able to assist us with our problem. We decided to purchase a new furnace through them so hope we will be as happy with the installation of the new furnace as we were with the service call.

The whole team from Wurke Bettler was amazing! They were all so respectful of my space and my family - and each other. I was very impressed by their work ethic and how they were all there for each other. I had a new AC/Heat unit installed, plus air handler and ductwork to two additions. They finished in one day and left my home looking like they'd never been there - except for the shiny new unit in the backyard! I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Wurke Bettler!

Six inches of snow on the ground, temperature in the 20's and we wake up to a furnace blowing cold air. I called Wurke Bettler on Sunday morning and they PICKED UP THE PHONE. Wade arrived Monday morning early. He tried to get our get our old heater to work but it was too far gone. He rearranged some of his work for the next day and promised to make every effort to find a replacement he could install Tuesday morning. He and his crew arrived early and Mike and Kendal did the installation. They encountered a problem with our air conditioner drain and fixed that as well. They left my garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. This is the most customer oriented business...read full review
