Would you please take a few extra seconds to make sure you folks check for long hairs sticking out around the ears (TOP), because almost every time I go there, I come home with a couple of very long hairs sticking out the top of my ears (2-3 inches), I see them when I get home after my haircuts...don't notice them because they blend in with my normal hair, but sure do after a number 2 blade on the sides.

Easy app to check availability and schedule appointment. Have not waited longer than maybe 5 minutes after arriving. The employees seem to generally enjoy themselves and I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve come here in the last several months. Can’t complain and sorry I have no constructive criticism other than - if an employee has a cough, cold or feels sick, they shouldn’t be cutting hair. That’s what sick days are for. I will keep returning for my bi-monthly haircuts!

Ask for Trish if she's not there then I'd consider someplace else. I've given different people in this establishment both in Prescott and Prescott Valley multiple chances. Today I left with my hair shorter than I wanted because the elderly lady messed up the front and my back and butchered my hair. I wanted to leave so bad. Only thing she kept saying to me is I'm sorry I'm not Trish. I wasn't mean, I wasn't rude but I am unhappy with my service here. I had no problem paying for it but at least offer a discount. I was even going to tip her for her efforts. But unfortunately she gave me attitude so I left her 3.00 and not another coin. I won't be back anytime soon unless Trish is there.

My first time to this location, have used them in Flagstaff for years. Christina was great. Ability to join the queue on line reduces wait time in the store. They maintain a customer profile so they know how you usually get your hair cut. I have not used the VIP (hair wash) service.
