I met Rosie Carroll seven years ago when we gave her an impossible wish list of what we wanted, she called back an hour later said she found the perfect place...sure you did...I had already hit the road, maybe I would check it out the next weekend. I chose Rosie as my realtor because when she interviewed,her Presentation was excellent and had great insight to the local market. Because of this I got $50,000 more then I thought my house was going to sell for. She had a great photographer who did a excellent job capturing my home with still and video shots. Rosie is knowledgeable, with great communication skills I found her to have high standards of integrity and honesty. Everything we talked about on the interview she did once she officially represented me and my wife. I would definitely use her again and would highly reacher to anyone in need of a top realtor
Outstanding ProfessionalismTo say that Rosemary helped us would be an egregious understatement. We had been beat up pretty bad already in a volatile housing market . We went through two different agents that left us high and dry multiple times and proved with certainty that we were just Not a priority in a booming market.Then we found Rosemary and it was like an angel dropped from above.
