Rich, also known as Leo, did our annual HVAC system maintenance in southwest Prescott, just as cold weather hit. He found that the unit was overheating, and fixed that. He also explained the system's design and the impact that has on airflow in our house. Knowledgeable, pleasant, on time and a reasonable price!
My AC stopped working, I called Prescott Air, they came out to assess the problem, my AC burned out, it was very hot inside my house, so they brought a portable AC, and installed it, and scheduled my appointment for the installation of a new AC. I highly recommend them, Brenda and Rich are such nice and caring folks. They followed up with calls and texts to reassure me, and brought filters for my air purification system and serviced it, I had a smoke detector really high up, it was beeping and they replaced the battery for me,, Great customer service, and a very trustworthy company, and so Knowledgeable and helpful for my needs.
