We have been taking our 3 pups here for over a year and we couldn't be happier. They are affordable and efficient. The appointment lasts 1.5 hours MAX, which my pupsvery much appreciate (our last groomer would have them there for 3+ hours, majority of that time they were kenneled). Man Crystal is a life saver! I just adopted a long haired cat and he was matted to all heck. We didnt have an appointment set before showing uo but I knew this little man needed some help. So I took him over and they got him in asap. She shaved him down to remove the matting and she did an amazing job. She tried to save as much of his coat as possible to help keep him a little more comfortable then not. Now that he is home he is a happy little camper and loving the pets instead of hissing at me everytime I come close. Crystal, thank you from the bottom of my heart. We followed our groomer when she moved to this new business and though it is a bit further for us, we really like our doodle's groomer! Hailey is always very professional and kind. She makes recommendations for cuts and never disappoints. Our puppy is always happy and comes out looking fresh and clean. Prices are reasonable and I like the fact that appointments can be booked online. Parking is available to the rear of the location and there is a rear entrance. I've never entered through the front, but the back does have a small waiting area and ApplePay is accepted.
