Dr. Sullivan was rude to me. Went in for annual check-up which I do every year. No one did refraction. Drops put in eyes. Told I'm done. I said I need a new prescription for glasses? He says "that's not what you are here for." As I sat there with my chin on my chest (I've worn glasses since I was 5 years old, I've never encountered this), he says "where did you get those glasses?" I said "I didn't get them here." He then rushed through a refraction with blurry eyes from drops, led me out sat me down at the sales area.
