We had an office building in Prescott in need of a new roof and a new deck surface for a solid surface deck. My husband called several roofing companies for estimates. He chose M&M Roofing. Reason: good service, good quality of work, fair price. Lots of personal attention. But also, good people to work with. They explain everything, give you lots of options for the type, look and cost of various rooting materials and you chose what you want. They saved us money by advising that the old tile roof could be replaced with tile looking asphalt shingles that will last a long time and be easier to service in the future. In 2022, we had a need for a new roof at our office building, including a new deck surface for a 2nd floor solid surface deck. M&M Roofing gave us a fair price, did excellent work and paid special attention to areas where our roof had previously leaked. They came back after the job to address any issues, and to make sure we were happy, no extra charge. The folks at M&M Roofing are courteous, explain everything and are easy to work with. They are not always the cheapest, but they are the best we have dealt with. Do yourself a favor if you have a roof or deck top that needs help--call M&M Roofing and at least get a no cost inspection and an estimate. So high marks to M&M for their service, quality of product and installation, and fair value to the owner. I don't understand some of the other reviews with low ratings, most of which are old. Maybe they had a problem with an employee who no longer works there. Give the current owners a try and get an estimate, meet them in person and then decide for yourself. Construction is busy all over, so roofers are in high demand and super busy. If you don't get a call back the first time, call again, mention it is your second call, but don't lose out on a good roofer because your first call was not returned right away. The roofers who are not busy and call back right away, are not the roofers you would want to work on your house or commercial building.

Having done shingle and rolled roofing in the past, I know personally what it takes to do it right, and good. Greg's team of roofers did a great job, were personable, professional, efficient, and tidy. Thanks, M&M, great job!
