Sylvan and his crew are top notch. Always get a quote from the person actually doing the install. They understand how to prep the floor correctly to get the best results. We have a house with settling problems that required cement work prep. They did it all, basement, tv room and stairs, and it looks great!

Don’t bother going anywhere else. Desert Hardwood Flooring is phenomenal! Sylvan went above and beyond to find a wood that matched our existing discontinued wood in the living/dining areas. It is absolutely perfect, and the whole house now looks cohesive and beautiful. And we can’t say enough about Sylvan’s crew Chris, Nick, and Arthur. Very professional and friendly…just a joy to have them work in our home. They made sure our indoor cats couldn’t escape while they went in and out the front door, they covered everything to minimize the concrete dust, and vacuumed the whole house before they left.
