Then Candice came to take me inside and she took a slewww of x-rays of my mouth explaining as she went about it. And then I met the personable, funny, unassuming good doctor, Dr. Aaron, and I knew I was in good hands. I am happy with the experience they gave me and dental care is not fun, at all.“

3765 Crossings Dr a, Prescott“I have been going to Prescott Smile Care since 2019-2020. It is a very good dental office. Staff is always friendly. The hygienists are very capable and thorough. The hygienist I see regularly, Diana, is excellent. She does her job well. Dr. Tori Bowman provided me with a 3 tooth permanent bridge about a year or so ago, and Iove it. It fits very snugly and I am able to chew evenly on both sides of my mouth. Keep up the good work, Prescott Smile Care.“

I’ve had the blessing of being under the care of two excellent dentists for the last 16 years before moving to Prescott Valley. Finding excellent medical practitioners one can trust is difficult, especially in a relatively small community. However, this is not the case with Dr. Lambertus.
No one I know gets excited or enthusiastic about going to the dentist. It’s a universal experience, seemingly. A dental appointment’s mere mention frequently elicits a collective groan, a subtle grimace, or a nervous chuckle. The anticipation of the appointment usually involves a mixture of anxiety, boredom, and a vague sense of dread. The thought of the cold metal instruments, the probing, the potential for pain, the whirring drill, and the feeling of helplessness in the dentist’s chair are enough to make anyone apprehensive. Even those who religiously floss and brush their teeth twice a day can’t entirely shake the feeling of unease. The dentist’s office itself contributes to this feeling, with its sterile environment, the distinct smell of antiseptic, and the brightly lit rooms that offer little comfort. The waiting room, with its outdated magazines and the often-playing television, only serves to amplify the sense of waiting and the unavoidable fate that awaits.
Frontier Village Dental Care is different. Making an appointment is friendly and painless. The staff is warm and welcoming. Dr. Jane Lambertus heads up a great team. She is warm, genuine, and personable and acts in a caring manner towards her patients. Her office runs on time. On my first visit, the staff impressed me with how thoroughly they conducted the initial examination and history-gathering process.
Equally impressive is her utilization of the latest technology. I needed a crown, and the experience was unlike anything I had expected. Rather than enduring the typical mouthful of rubber resin needed to get an impression, the process began with a streamlined digital scan. Dr. Lambertus’ technician used a specialized camera to capture a precise, three-dimensional image of my tooth. This eliminated the discomfort and gagging often associated with traditional methods.
What surprised and delighted me was the fact that Dr. Lambertus has the capability to fabricate the crown on-site! This advanced in-office milling technology completely revolutionized the procedure. It meant they didn’t have to bother with the inconvenience and potential issues of a temporary crown. For me, it meant avoiding a second injection and another appointment for the “fitting” of the permanent crown. The entire procedure, from the initial scan to the final placement of the custom-made crown, was completed in a single, comfortable visit. The convenience and efficiency of this one-visit process were truly remarkable, and a testament to Dr. Lambertus’ commitment to providing innovative dental care, and respect for the patient. I wholeheartedly endorse her services for anyone seeking the highest quality of dental care.“
