however I recently fired them and switched to a dignity health clinic because his office staff who handle preauthorizations are totally incompetent

I can't say enough about the care and concern I received from Dr. Johns and his wonderful staff. Dr. Johns actually listened to my concerns (and my whining about pain), even as I did walk in with an attitude which proved totally unnecessary. I was so afraid of taking pain meds which I learned they DO NOT prescribe. It has now been 16 months since a cervical ablation....a miracle in my mind. I've since learned that they can help my arthritic knees and shoulders.....without meds! Hallelujah. A big THANK YOU to all at Central Arizona Pain Institute.
Have been going about CAP for about 5 yrs
Drs, NPs & staff are very helpful & friendly. Have been getting injections for my spinal stenosis from Dr Baumann. Injections stopped helping long term with pain so he suggested ablation. Ablation really helped was pain free for about 10 months. Ready to do another one soon. His assistant Larry is wonderful very comforting during procedure.
