I was having trouble finding home care that would accommodate our needs. Kindred met those needs and found help on the same day I called. Lauren will always have a piece of my heart for the love and compassion she showed my mother during her last days. There are definitely angels among us, and Lauren is one. ❤️❤️

This company, specifically Prescott, could care less about they’re employees or patients! Ever since the current manager has taken over there has been nothing but fear..... use anyone else just do not use kindred period!

I have been the full time caregiver for my Alzheimer's stricken mom for the past several years. This year, I was awarded respite time and Kindred at Home is my provider This is not my first Home Care experience in the Quad-City area and I can attest that I have no problem dismissing a company if I am not completely satisfied with both the care they provide and the level of respect extended toward me and my family.I have had nothing but positive interaction with the admin at Kindred. Communication is right on target and they never hesitate to do their best to accommodate my requests. I feel like they are all part of my team. The company allowed me to "try" different caregivers until I found the one I thought would be a great fit. When Susie comes to give me a break, Mom thinks a friend has come to visit her. Mom is always pleased to see Susie and when her shift is over, the goodby is warm and upbeat. I couldn't speak more highly of my experience with this organization.

If there were no stars or negative stars, that's what I would give them. This company only wants your money and has absolutely no interest in caring for your loved one. If you want your loved one's last days be miserable and painful, choose this company.

Thank you for taking such great care of my mother.Being the only caregiver for two sick parents was becoming an overwhelming experience. Once Kindred Hospice came in, every person we came in contact with provided quick, professional, informative, friendly care and support to the whole family. You will never know how much I appreciated that care. Thank You!
