We have taken our pups to Doggy Dude Ranch many times over the years and they have loved going! The employees were even terrific with our one pup who had severe anxiety. (He crossed the rainbow bridge). We recently took our other pup. And originally I had wrote a harsh review to try to communicate what had occurred with the owner of the ranch. Some of which it turns out was staff difficulties, some of which is how picky our pup has become since his brother passed. The owner called me and explained that he is having employee turnover and what occurred will be stopped. I bring both my long hair dauchshunds here and Tanya our groomer does a most wonderful job. Lillie is a painfully shy girl who is not up for grooming however Tanya has a calm professional disposition that put Lillie at ease. My boy jack loves her.

They definitely turned it around. I was having issues with a few of my boarding visits and the management quickly responded to and fixed all the issues I was having. I have had a couple of boarding visits since and I have nothing but good things to say now. My dog seems happy and well cared for when I pick him up. I'm glad they were able to fix some of the issues they were having.
