Our initial contact at builders wholesale was with Chris their sales representative, who came out and measured our area for installation of a Pellet Stove. Our second contact was actually the installers that came to put in our stove, which was Robby, Chad, and one of their new hires every experience we had with builders wholesale was beyond our expectations. The installation went smoothly.
