I also had gotten my nails refilled and honestly wasn’t too happy with them to begin with. The design was fine but the moment I left the chair I realized how uneven the application was for the builder gel, along with the polish. I had gaps where gel wasn’t applied and rough thick edges. It hasn’t even been two weeks yet and I no longer have my nails. As of last night I noticed my nails were bending back and lifting in multiple areas, to the point they popped off. In the last week I also had the nail tips separate from the gel and come off. I’ve never had a set of nails pop off so easily and quickly.

I had a terrible purple toenail and after polishing, Ann added a line of black sparkle to disguise the place at the base. She repeated it on the other foot and it looks gorgeously! Great idea!
I have never had a bad experience when coming here. mine and my daughters nails last a long time between fills. I love all the color options and designs. Pricey but worth every penny.
