This is a great studio filled with great people and great classes. Save the hot lattes until after the hot P-lattes. I had always believed I was born with out glutes until I took Leah's inferno classes!

Hot Pilates at this studio is next-level. The room is warm enough to challenge you without feeling overwhelming, and the instructor does an amazing job guiding the class with clear cues and positive energy. I left feeling stronger, sweat completely earned, and mentally reset. The pace, the playlist, and the full-body burn were all on point. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to build real core strength and tone without being bored doing the same old routine.

The obvious best choice in Prescott az! Stopped in for a class while in town, also visited a few other spots around, nothing competes with Bend. There’s a reason they’ve been in business for so long. They definitely do it right!
