Barrett Floors did a wonderful job installing carpet for me. I visited and worked with 3 different places for ideas and bids. It was the salesman Byron at Barrett that worked the hardest of the 3 places to get me what I wanted, so that was why I went with Barrett. Once the carpet got to town, the crew that took out the old and put in the new was very fast and efficient. The next day, the quality control guy DJ came by to check on the job. He was so nice and spent extra time making some little things be perfect. All in all, I will be using them for any future flooring jobs!!

Everyone at Barrett Floors was helpful and efficient, from the front desk to the post install review. Aubrey, Michael, and Tim made sure all questions were answered and guided us through the whole process. Alex the installer ( and crew) were very conscientious with our things and did an excellent job installing. I was also impressed with the carpet install on our stairs as they had to navigate two turns, and they angled the carpet accordingly. Communication was great during the process, and we appreciated their expedient work!

Barrett Floors Installed a new laminate floor in our master bedroom. We had just moved to a new house and due to allergies wanted to remove the carpeting. Although the original product in the hall was no longer available they were able to almost perfectly match the flooring. The installer managed to do everything in a very short time in the project manager was super attentive. I’m not sure if I could ever use a different flooring company.
