I stumbled upon Bob and his staff at AC Medic a few years ago. I have been a loyal customer ever since! His team recently installed a new HVAC system in our Prescott home. It was not an easy job. The old unit could not be removed by a crane. Nor could the new unit be installed using a crane. Bob had his whole team come to the job and got the new unit in place. His entire team were kind, courteous and knowledgeable! They made fast work of a difficult job! If you need any HVAC work in the Prescott area, these are the best in the business! We had a plumbing problem which we reported in am George Henry’s plumbing responded that afternoon and proceeded to fix our problem fast and tech was very professional. Very pleased with there service and will recommend to others.

I phoned with questions regarding how soon we could get someone at our property & other questions. Erica was very helpful with all of them. She set aside a time for today on a tentative appointment. No service from company yet.
