I have been going to Yavapai Pediatrics for many years. I love this office. Specifically, Meagan Coomer and Christen Glennan. (If they ever left, I would follow them wherever they went!) They all care about my kids and always listen to my concerns. The medical assistant, Annai, is great with the kids and Karen in the front office is always kind and helpful. (Special shout out to the office manager, Sarah, who has always been kind and runs a tight ship!) Anytime I call to make an appointment when they’re sick, they always seem to find a way to fit us in. I am very happy with the care my kiddo receives from Christen Glennan. She listened to my long and drawn out story of the terrible experience I had during his first days-weeks of life and offered a wealth of knowledge and suggestions. My previous pediatrician would dismiss my very real concerns and Glennan not only acknowledged them but offered a solution. My child has flourished under her care and I am so so so thankful for this establishment and her.Every staff member I've met has been caring, compassionate and very solution oriented.They are thorough and return all of my calls and messages in a reasonable amount of time.
We have been seeing NP Meagan Coomer, and my gosh! What a different experience we have had from other doctor’s offices! She is kind and welcoming, validates my concerns and does not push me off when something may sound absurd. So thank you, Meagan, for being awesome when it comes to caring for my kids! We really appreciate all that you do for us!
