Great experience always with Optima. Even as sick as I am with a bad ear infection etc.I was able to be seen outside in my car. Didnt want to get anyone else sick. I highly recommend Optima

I have a lot of social anxiety and the staff and NP’s make things easy and stress free. They are very friendly. You also get in and out fast which I like but tthey will also take the time to talk to you about whatever your medical concerns are. I never feel rushed and I’m highly satisfied with NP Armando and his staff

A very good experience with Shannon at my appointment today. Felt like she actually listened to me. Gave me some suggestions to help me feel better. I feel like I made a good choice. I have lost 5 primary providers in last 3 years. So discouraging on that.
