I have always had a wonderful experience with this company. I have visited both the Prescott and Prescott Valley locations (my doctor practices out of both locations depending on the day). The nurses, doctors and front desk staff are on point and knowledgeable, as well and kind and friendly. Seems to be a less and less common thing for doctors' offices these days!
