“Our tiny 4lb Yorkshire Terrier “Ben” got into a toxic plant, and we were extremely worried. We called Kachina Veterinary and were seen within 35 minutes. The team acted immediately and decisively, they administered a vomiting aid and activated charcoal, monitored our little guy, and provided IV fluids to support him.
Thanks to their quick, professional, and compassionate care, he was able to vomit most of the toxic material safely, received thorough monitoring, and was cleared to go home just a couple of hours later.
