Arrow Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. We had hail damage, which required Arrow to collaborate with me and my insurance company. The process was simple, price just right and I was provided options throughout, based on my expectations. Colby Shumway was my rep. He was always knowledgeable, accessible and easy to communicate with. The management team followed up to ensure I was happy with the final results. The GAF product used is of a high quality, and I went with the Gold warranty so I can have total peace of mind. The warranty is also transferable to the next buyer.
