    They refuse to answer the phones. I need an urgent visit. The ER already misdiagnosed me and tossed me out faster than I could blink. I NEED to see my Dr. and they will not answer the phone nor do they return calls. Half the time during the day the phone lines seems shut off as it goes straight to an answering machine but that's useless and they refuse to return calls. Worst practice anywhere!!

    They left us, the patients hanging. Closed their doors without notice! Left scheduled appointments out of luck. Only Mike Frost FNP left his number in the window of the front door for his patients only! If you are another provider patient please do not call him. Thumb Butte and Dr. Haskari should be strung up by his thumbs!!! Mike will be back! He took great care of me for 7 years. As soon as he finds a place to land he will be back. Below is the notice.

    Dr. Askari has a great smile and loads of enthusiasm, but that doesn't help when you can't get a phone call returned. I have been seeing Mike Frost for pain management and the first time I saw him, he was very condescending. I don't think he believed me when I told him about my back issues...3 collapsed vertebrae fractures, stenosis, arthritis, spondylosis, and a couple of displaced discs. Then I fell and broke my pelvis and while I was recovering, without any trauma, I had another vertebrae collapse, which pinched a nerve and I was in a wheelchair for about a month. Oh, yeah, now he believes me. I had some procedures done to hopefully stabilize my vertebrae but they didn't work and I am in worse pain. The Monday before thanksgiving, I had some paperwork I needed to give to Mike, so we stopped by and I gave him the stuff, in with the paperwork there was a note telling him how bad things were. He looked at me and asked me what was going on. He could see the pain all over my face. I told him the current meds weren't working, that we were going to go shopping for thanksgiving dinner and that I didn't know how I could do it. He said (and I quote) "Go do your shopping and I'll take care of you." Nothing. I called Tuesday, nothing, Wednesday, nothing, twice on Friday, yeah, you guessed it. Dr. A had given me his business card at one point and told me "If you ever need anything, call me. I'll take care of you." So I called. At this point you probably know where this is going.... So I emailed him - three times and finally, this morning (Wednesday after thanksgiving) his assistant called. She told me she would talk to one of Mike's assistants to see if I could get a doxy. It's after 2:00, and I just called again. I'd have my husband drive me over there but I'm afraid I'd go to jail. Rachel, dear sweet Rachel, the gal in charge of prescriptions is the only one who seems to get anything done. That's who I just called and she called me right back. It's not her job, but she got up, walked over to tell Mike's receptionist I would like a call back. Uh, yeah, so his receptionist is gone for the day, and Mike leaves tomorrow for a 2 week vacation. So that leaves me SOL, and up the proverbial creek. Yeah, time to find a new facility. Probably in the Valley, there's just not enough medical facilities to handle the growth. That would be my advice to anyone new to the area, plan to drive a distance to find a good doctor. All the good ones seemed to have bailed because they were overworked.

    Get here at 0845, 15 minutes early, so you can make us wait until 10 to actually be seen. You do pain management but can't change the batteries in a smoke detector?

    The Prescott Valley location was closed?? and I can't get a prescription refilled nor any phone communication. And it was a very good office staffed by dependable people.

    This place would be great...in Mexico. Poorly run, poorly managed, more nurse practitioners at doctor prices then actual doctors. This is a poor or uneducated patient's clinic.

    Follow up on previous post finally saw the doctor Mike Frost very apologetic about the wait time very professional listen to what I had to say and ordered the proper test and prescriptions shortly after I got home I received a call from a very nice young lady named Brittany that was concerned about my review and wanted to know what she could do to help from what I understand they had a doctor call out today which caused the delay I will definitely be returning

    I see Dr. Frost in PV, he is absolutely amazing but it is not just him. From the moment I walk in the door the women at the desk are always friendly and helpful. The nurses listen carefully and set Dr. Frost up. And he has always been attentive and has helped in ways I have asked. I absolutely love this office!

    I love my doc and everyone there. I may be because of them being in Prescott but, even though they're super busy all the time, they are very calm and have been very accommodating at times. Thank you M.F. and staff
