Patrick and Mark showed up promptly at 8 am. They reviewed the work to be performed and quickly got right to work. They were very professional and did a great job on our carpets. We had an Oriental rug that had a dining room table sitting on it for over 20 years. When we move the table, there was markings as you can imagine of the table outline and hand cleaning it. I could not get that outline to go away when we change the configuration of the room. Stanley Steemer came and took the rug and washed. It returned it and it looks absolutely brand new. I bought this rug in 1992 and it looks as good as it did the day I purchased it. I am very impressed. Today I gave them two more beautiful wool and silk Persian rugs to clean because they have proved themselves
