Working with Donnie from Orkin was a pleasure. He was highly knowledgeable and professional and had tremendous patience with us. There were a few glitches on our part, and he showed understanding and patience on his part. Would highly recommend Orkin and high praise for Donnie.

The score is solely based on Mike... he is amazing. The jury is still out on Orkin, but Mike came to the rescue. Not only is he professional, but he is kind, honest and easy to talk to. Whereas Orkin totally screwed up my service and created a lot more problems, Mike got here and started to help immediately. Thanks, Mike! Because of you, I will give Orkin another chance!
