Technician diagnosed the issue, part was immediately ordered, prompt follow-up appointment, and new part installed efficiently. Technician cleaned the work area and thoroughly explained the work. Great staff and great communication through the entire process.
I’ve had very good experiences with Northern Arizona Heating and Air. I totally trust their technicians with doing the job correctly, the first time. I also respect their customer service. Travis, the technician, made contact with me and explained everything he was planning on doing.
Great service, called in the morning because our heater had stopped working, 2 hours later the Tech arrived and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. The part was under warranty so the only cost the their service call - which was a great price. The Tech was professional, friend, and did a great job. Cannot thank NAZAIR enough - such a great company.
