Used Legacy once before in Jan 2019; the co who put the roof down refused to send someone out the same day to cover the leaking area; Legacy did. This time (March 2023) had water on carpet near fireplace which turned out to be leaks around chimney chase. When I called they said they couldn't send anyone out to inspect for 5 days. But, Heath (Sales Mgr) did come the next day. Again they did a temporary fix which stopped the water flow. But, they didn't do the permanent fix for 10 days. But, when they did come they did an excellent job and put water/ice shields around the chimney. If I have any complaint about Legacy is that they can be slow to respond and seem to have scheduling issues. HOWEVER they did an excellent job both times. Recommended.
