Your staff is rude, condescending, and very unwilling to help someone who has been with that vet for 20 years! Absolutely horrible treatment for someone with a sick pet.

Due to issues I had with a backup vet and their staff, I will no longer be taking my dogs here. I had taken my dog here for several years. He has a history of bad allergies. Last year around this time, I took him in due to severe allergies where they treated him. For some god awful reason, when I took him in this year because he was starting to break out and I wanted to beat it before it got bad, this backup vet suggested a new allergy shot. She had all his prior history and could see it had never been recommended. Was able to get my 18 1/2 cat, Simon, in today for a Quality of Life examination. Dr. Rogers, Melanie and Holly were all so quick, efficient and caring. Dr Rogers gave us a couple of suggestions, which we decided to try one of them for Simon. I like that PVPC has a separate dog and cat entrance and the environment is warm and inviting. I won't take my cats anywhere else, they are the best! The whole staff is wonderful!
