I recently used Home Tech for the second time to level my manufactured home. They were very good about explaining things to me and thorough about the work they did. They measured several times before, during, and after to see what was needed and how things were going. Of particular help was the fact that they discovered a leak under my home. One of the men (Kevin)even took a video of the leak and included directions for how to find it. I gave this to my plumber and he said it was the best information he’s ever received about a leak. Home Tech did a great job on leveling my home and Kevin went above and beyond what was expected of him. I highly recommend them.

Home Tech performed a releveling of our manufactured home. Expectations were communicated clearly. They explained what they thought they needed to do, then communicated what they found. Friendly and kind to provide information related to other items and potential issues beneath the house. I will be using their services again.
