I called Sally last minute needing some asap help cause I was loosing my hair extensions. (I’m part time in Prescott and hadn’t established a stylist to help with any maintenance etc.). It was right before the New Years Holiday so I thought I was SOL!!! I decided to give it a “shot in the dark” and messaged her to see if there was any way she could help. So, I just need to express how great I think Sally is! Not only is she caring, thoughtful, and really does care about people - but she worked me in and did everything needed to get me buttoned up so I didn’t stress about my hair. I found Sally on Google. I needed someone to lift my weft that was done a few months ago by my hairdresser in California. Sally’s communication was excellent. She sent me a message with multiple times available and when I texted her early yesterday to ask me if she could fit me in before my appointment she promptly responded and fit me in today. She lifted my hair. It looks beautiful. She was so sweet and fun to talk to while she was doing my hair as well. Which is always a huge plus as all of us girls know when you’re getting your hair done. She was able to get me in on short notice as I am traveling from out of town. My weft had become unraveled (falling out worse and worse by the day) and there was no way for me to fix it on my own. (Also the weft that was falling out was not her previous work) she took out the whole row and secured it back in PERFECTLY! I was so happy with the results! Thank you! I also picked up a couple cute pairs of earrings from the salon she worked in that are hand made and I'm obsessed! Thanks again for your kindness and making time to help me! I appreciate you!
