Last July 11 a hail storm literally destroyed our home air conditioner and a friend recommended Accuracy Heating & Cooling LLC. Casey came out, made recommendations and sent me an estimate. After working through insurance paperwork, we were approved for the system Casey recommended. Today July 21, 2022 my wife was just inputting the utility bills into the computer and called me to come look at the electric bill. The billing period for last year and this year were both 30 days. The average temperature for the period last year was 76° and for this year 82°. Electricity usage last year was 1368 kWh and this year with the new system 767 kWh. I cannot say enough great things about this Company. My 85 year old mom’s AirConditioning unit completely died. They came out, next day. Next day they brought portable units and set up for my mom, it was hitting 98 degrees those days. Kept her cool enough to get thru. Steven, Casey were both in constant contact with us, exceeding all expectations of service. Within a week she has the sweet relief of wonderfully frigid air in her home. Casey came out same day, diagnosed problem quickly and repaired my AC unit. Very professional knows his stuff and is very honest.
