We have worked behind multiple restoration companies over the years. Daniel and his crew go far above and beyond to mitigate any damage not necessary. They go directly to the core problem & resolve the issue. Including preventing any future issues from arising. All of their jobs are clean & ready to put back together which makes for a better end result. I would highly recommend 1-800 Water Damage to anyone. High class professional service.
I highly recommend these guys. They were extremely helpful, understanding, and professional. They worked with me and my weird work schedule, and helped me with the insurance portion. They also stayed in contact with me throughout the process, called/ showed up when they said they would (which is not something I can say for majority of the companies I spoke to before them). They just seem to genuinely care about you as a person and not just a paycheck. I won't be using anyone else in the future.
