We had a major plumbing issue in our home, the old cast iron pipes had backed up leading to a major flood in the laundry room, pantry, and sun room. I called Zippity Split on a recommendation from another plumbing company that did not have the appropriate tools for this job. Mark and Jeremy came out the next day and ran a camera down our pipes. Best decision I could have made was hiring Zippity Split to do the repair after calling several area companies who also came to my home to evaluate my situation.Raul, BB, Brandon and owner Mike, communicated beyond my expectations. Everything was explained throughout the entire process, from the time they would arrive until the job was completed. I understood exactly what was going on and what the solution was they recommended. They were friendly and professional. I never felt intimidated by their presence. Clean up was immaculate after having to dig to repair. All this during the very high heat temps!
