I have mixed reviews about my experience. I had a leak under my bathroom floor and wanted a walk-in shower remodel done at the same time. During my 1/27/2026 appointment, Vernon, sales rep., assured me the project would include fixing the leak, replacing all piping, installing a new toilet, and replacing the flooring and installing the tile. When the crew arrived, they were unaware of any leak and said only shower piping would be replaced and the floor would not be touched. When I called Vernon, he denied discussions about the leak and flooring, which contradicted what was clearly communicated during the sales meeting. Yesterday the very capable and professional crew from West Shore Home installed our new walk-in shower. The entire project, from estimate to clean up, went smoothly with no surprises. I love my beautiful new shower!

Great guys, they explained to me what to expect throughout the day, they then did exactly what they told me. Very pleasant, friendly, and professional at all times. It was obvious they have a lot of pride for their craftsmanship. Big thank you to both Samuel and Patrick for a job well done. Day 2 update: want to acknowledge the rest of the crew due to their continuation of great service from the get go. Appreciate all you guys. In additions to the gentlemen above let me add a big thanks to Ever, Leo, and Edgar. Great job.
