In my personal experience, the clinic needs to improve their scheduling system. I showed up for an appointment and an hour later i was still sitting at the patient room asking... where is the doctor? I ended up leaving the clinic as i had to return to work. Note my appointment was not at lunch time it was for 2pm. I ended up scheduling an appointment in Nogales, Mexico across the border.

I've had numerous appointments cancelled by them with ZERO confirmation from me. The staff will smile/laugh that you're not scheduled today, fully knowing they made changes without a single word of response from their patient. Also, first time I was there they prescribed a medication that should only cost $35 a month. After 3 months it jumped to over $200 a month. Had to go through a different pharmacy for the meds and I got the OG price... that was after they told me the first time that the original pharmacy was the only one with this medication.

My family has been here several times over the last few years and seen a couple doctors and they have always been very prompt, professional and friendly, including the office staff.
