I went to the Phoenix location on 16th St. Great experience! The front desk was nice with an easy check-in system. Alyssa was my specialist for my waxing services on 5/6/2024. She was amazing. Friendly, professional and the services were performed quickly but efficiently! She made something awkward seem natural. I will definitely be going back! Thank you!

My experience was with Makenzie. I don’t usually leave reviews that often but for this I will she was super thorough asked me if I had any questions or concerns before the appointment. I had a really good experience with her. She is knowledgeable and spotless. It has been hard for me to find someone who is as thorough as she is and gets ALL OF THE HAIR OFF. She’s also super friendly and fun to talk to you and just makes the experience really great. I can see why she is always booked. I will only book with her. Also the front desk agent was super sweet and friendly as well and got me set for my next appointment.
