The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They don't rush you or make you buy the more expensive one, their frame options are okay, but they did offer to patch up my old one until the new one comes. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Shibata, the staff. Good choice overall.

They have a great selection of frames for any (and I mean any) budget. The friendly, attentive staff made me feel right at home when I stopped by with questions about ordering prescription sunglasses and told me exactly what I needed to bring in to get started. Fitore was the associate that helped me through the process. She was very thorough, friendly and personable. She reviewed what my insurance would cover upfront, helped me pic out the perfect pair of frames, place the order and they made sure they were the perfect fit and that I was happy with them upon arrival (which was about 7 days).
