Michael did an awesome job. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. We ended up not buying the house because of issues he found. We DID buy the next house after an inspection by Ric Wiederhold. Ric was extremely thorough and explained things so well. I can see why my Realtor uses them exclusively.
