Visionworks and happy Valley is an amazing store with superb people in the store from the counter, optometrist, to the doctor, who are knowledgeable, kind, and really care about your eye health.
I've been going here for at least 3 or 4 years, and it's been a great experience each time. Dr Forceskie is very attentive and provides a detailed explanation in terms that are easy to understand.
This has been my third year going to this location and optometrist. They are very efficient, professional and caring with check in and the beginning process. Doc is amazing. I love her. She sees you as a human and not another body. She is caring and clear direction and talked with me about my eye care, not too me. She was kindly responsive to my questions without talking down to me. And check out the women answered all my questions and were so helpful about what glasses looked good in my face! Highly recommend this happy valley Norterra location!
