We were referred to Dr. Lydia Lovato for our kitty who had a mystery illness. During our time working with Dr. Lovato, she was very caring with our kitty and made sure that she was always comfortable. She always made an effort to explain why she was ordering tests and what she was looking for during each visit. Despite many tests and medications, our kitty got worse and we unfortunately had to put her down. We saw Dr. Knowles today for my dog Bonnie, and I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience. Dr. Knowles was incredible and very knowledgeable, compassionate, and so patient. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure Bonnie was comfortable every step of the way. The entire staff was AMAZING and treated us with such kindness and care. It’s obvious they genuinely love what they do. I’m so grateful we found Dr. Knowles (recommended by my mom) and her team, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing exceptional care for their pet. Everyone was so patient with us and answer ALL my questions.

I got a call from Niko he was so good at explaining my wants and needs from gracies blood work he explained everything in detail I was so nervous about hearing this I was scared it was going to be bad.. and Niko was amazing and patient, I kept overtalking him.and still he was very calm and undeststanding, thank you niko..
