I visited The Women’s Health Clinic at VCHC in Phoenix today. I found every person I came in contact with to be polite and friendly. Dr Pangasa was empathetic, kind and professional. I had an appointment with the Dr, pharmacy and laboratory. Everyone was efficient and friendly. Short wait times. I was not expecting much after reading reviews but was surprised at the pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this Center.
Very professional very helpful personnel, the ONLY thing will be they are short staffed they need more help. The nurses they just can do so much the cleaning department as well, they have a lot to clean!! I ALWAYS recommend this hospital I have great experience my self and with my parents, thank you all 😊
A friend of mine was admitted under John Doe after drowning. Staff was absolutely no help in locating him. They didn’t care at all. After we found him, we requested a doctor speak to use as he remembered nothing. Waited two hours. Ultimately peace together what happened by the papers left around the room by the staff.
