Based on the reviews, the 32nd Street VA Clinic provides excellent care and treats veterans with the utmost respect. The clinic helps veterans with medical and behavioral health needs. Patients receive great care and excellent service, with staff offering assistance to anyone who looks like they need help. The clinic changed one patient's mind about going to the VA for help. However, the neighborhood is not considered safe, especially for people with disabilities, and the elevators may be a problem for those afraid of closed spaces or heights. Overall, the care at the clinic is ok.
Came from Carl T. Hayden clinic and I am so pleased with that decision. I like everything about this clinic. Every time I have to go in, I am treated with respect and I get the help and attention I need. This place changed my mind about going to the VA for help.
If you're afraid of closed in spaces, or afraid of heights you may have a problem with the elevators and some clinics as I am, you may have a problem. Large glasses windows don't help.
Care is ok.
Using a bus would be fine if it went there, it isn't a safe neighborhood especially for people with disabilities.
So I've been coming to this location since it opened, a few years ago. And it is so much better than the VA hospital that I used to go to (Indian school).
I've used the primary care, ID services, pharmacy, blood work, MRI, CT scan, x-ray, the shop, and the cafeteria. Parking is nice too!
Probably came here approximately 25 times in the last few years.
I have yet to have a single problem at all with any person or any department. They all have been professional, on time, and efficient.
I love this location and I appreciate finally getting treatment that I needed.
