I had a appointment I was a couple min late. I drove all the way across town to come becuz it was only place i could get in on same day and they wouldn't see my baby. I understand being like super late is not good but a couple min. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Terrible service from the receptionist, look at them when your standing in line how miserable they are. There is a 10 minute grace period for appointments and they will turn you away at 9 mins, despite waiting in line prior. Simple-minded reps are the reason shampoo has instructions. Smh

Very bad attention in the registration part by Ranne, the girl who helped me!
He never tries to help me even with my doubts, bad attitude and no desire to help people!
I have visited this clinic several times and the other staff are good!
Very bad experience this time!
I don't recommend it at all
