I had an ultrasound appointment today, and I can honestly say it was one of the most positive medical experiences I’ve ever had. The ultrasound tech created a calm and welcoming environment that immediately put me at ease. And she was very understanding and compassionate even though I made the mistake of arriving late to my appointment. I wasn’t shamed for it but was seen right away!
Throughout the procedure, she was incredibly gentle, respectful, and attentive. What stood out most was their kindness and professionalism. She treated me like a person, not just a patient.

I have loved working with Madeline Chelko NP for my high risk pregnancy. She is well-informed about the most recent evidence and also very easy to talk to about all of my concerns. She has always been responsive electronically and by phone when I have questions in between visits. I would strongly recommend her to anyone with gestational diabetes or fetal growth restriction. The rest of the staff including Brandi the sonographer, the medical assistants, and the front office, were all very professional and kind throughout my pregnancy. I never experienced any issues with scheduling, billing, or my care. They are all on top of it at Valley Perinatal Estrella!
I came in today (7/18) for an ultrasound and Samantha performed the scan. Going in I was nervous and quite emotional due to a full term stillbirth I unfortunately experienced last year.
Samantha was so kind and comforting. She listened to my story and showed me so much support. She gave me perfect photos of our baby that I cherish so deeply. Samantha, thank you for being you. Your kind words and casual conversation made a dreadful scan, the complete opposite.
