Customers can expect a high-quality haircut experience, with barbers who are patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to their customers' needs. For example, one barber was able to quickly and skillfully cut the hair of an 18-month-old who was initially unhappy about getting a haircut. Another barber took the time to carefully cut a customer's hair exactly how they wanted it and provided knowledgeable advice on hair care. However, it is worth noting that one customer had a negative experience with a young barber who appeared arrogant and ignorant.
