I don’t know what I would do without Francie! I’m so grateful that one of my friends posted about her laser hair removal experience here at Utopia Image back in 2019… I was like, well, if she’s good enough for my friend, it’s good enough for me! I have a long history with body hair insecurity and issues that stem all the way back to 4th/5th grade. Although I’ve had my hormones tested a few times, apparently nothing is “abnormal” but when you see the before and after of my “beard” you’ll agree that it was objectively NOT normal. Quality company, family owned, customer service driven, I have been here twice now for the laser hair removal and hydro facial and extremely impressed. Both Francie (sp?) and Ernesto were sanitary, thorough, and extremely kind. They make you feel like you are their only customer of the day even though they are busy, I did not feel rushed. Would recommend their services any day. Very glad they’re also open on weekends.
