My son and I are now learning for 5 +years here at the USA Martial Arts school. And without a doubt this is the best martial arts school in the valley. Apart from martial arts, you get to learn and practice the high moral values which are far more important in life to succeed irrespective of what the obstacles are.

My daughter (8 yrs. old) started attending USA Martial Arts in December of 2022. I had originally signed her up to help to bring her out of her shell and build confidence while getting her away from screens. I was not sure at the time if this would be something that she would like or would want to continue. I remember her first class, she did not even want to go on the mat and cried because she was so afraid and shy. The teacher quickly made her feel at home and since that day this has been our family. Friendly staff and knowledgeable instructors, very respectful and family friendly atmosphere, learning life skills like: self-esteem ,self-confidence, anti- bullying, self-defense techniques, .... .My daughter got so much stronger physically and mentally, more confident in the way she is carrying herself and communicating with others. Also kick-boxing class is amazing for adults. Highly recommended.
