Absolutely amazing people. Front desk Ariana was super nice. I forgot the gentleman’s name who did the ultrasound but he made us feel so comfortable as well as his student. Great environment and will be back if I ever need another ultrasound. Thank you for taking care of me!

I received outstanding assistance from the staff, especially when I forgot to bring my order form. The female staff member quickly contacted the clinic, and they responded promptly, allowing my appointment to continue without needing to reschedule. The student technician was kind and diligent during the procedure. Nevertheless, an unfortunate incident occurred where the senior technician accidentally struck my xiphoid process, resulting in swelling. Unfortunately, after contacting the facility, I have not received a return call or any display of concern.

I am mostly blind, and came to this location for the first time ever today. Upon arriving, I found the staff to be quite helpful, courteous, and friendly, helping me feel safe in a place that I have never been before. I was there for a thyroid ultrasound, and when we got to the point of going into get the ultrasound with the doctor, they explained what they were going to do clearly, and they helped me feel even more comfortable as they performed the scans on my thyroid. This was a fantastic experience all around!
