I have not had Great Customer service in a while from a lot of places. I went into ulta to get some new things and Kam she does brows came up to me and asked if i needed help I was looking for something to wax my brows and she started to show me some stuff and also offered her services, I let her do them and she did AMAZING work I instantly felt better as I had walked in not feeling my best. I had just come from a previous bad experience at European Wax Center where the wax and tint looked atrocious! Kamryn took the time to hear about what shape I was hoping for and helped clean up the mistakes of the last esthetician. I will definitely be back to get my future brow services done with her.
Visited Ulta and got to do a foundation match. Sabrina was the one that helped me and she did such a fantastic job as finding my exact shade. I don't know how she does it, but she is a color match wizard. Thank you, Sabrina!!
