Booked a haircut with a stylist & was sat with a different stylist instead. This was my first time ever doing services through Ulta so I’m unsure of the process & just didn’t mention it. Besides the slight confusion, Gracie did such a good job! She was quick, friendly, suggestive but not pushy & overall amazing! I will definitely book with Gracie again :)

I have not had Great Customer service in a while from a lot of places. I went into ulta to get some new things and Kam she does brows came up to me and asked if i needed help I was looking for something to wax my brows and she started to show me some stuff and also offered her services, I let her do them and she did AMAZING work I instantly felt better as I had walked in not feeling my best.
