I had a plumbing problem. Twain came out right away and recommended what I needed. He was great at communicating everything before he did it, asking me if I had any questions. The work was done fast and done well.
Twain did a pretty difficult patch on my roof. The issue was from a faulty installation many years ago that required some very creative engineering. He addressed the problems with multiple layers or redundancy which was impressive! He also did some outdoor plumbing work that was outside the scope of our original contract and allowed me to use my resources to offset costs.
I am going to use him again for my next project. I recommend that you do as well.

First and four most i take full responsibility for what happened on my end. This couple's wife called me and set up an estimate. She knew that I do my estimates early, would contact her early the day of the estimate, I work alone, and to get an idea of what you want. She knew completely up front, and agreed to everything i said to her.They had ten days to do this, okay.
